PLOSSYS 5 with Separate Management Server¶

On the PLOSSYS 5 server, the modules for administrating and processing the jobs and one module for administrating the log data (Filebeat) are installed. On the management server, the modules for administrating the output devices (easyPRIMA) and the log data (Elasticsearch and Kibana) are installed. If the preconfigured Keycloak from SEAL Systems is used as OIDC identity provider, we recommend installing it on the management server, too.

PLOSSYS 5 in Cluster Mode with Separate Management Server¶

A cluster consists of at least three PLOSSYS 5 servers and one management server. In principle, any number of PLOSSYS 5 servers can be combined to a cluster. However, we recommend an odd number of PLOSSYS 5 servers.

Container Installation in a Public or Private Cloud¶

For a public or private cloud, the following software orchestration tools are supported:

OpenShift (Red Hat)
Docker Swarm (Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) for example)
